Thank You, Brain

Hypnopompic Dream recorded: 8/25/2026

I felt awake and remember intentionally moving/turning. My eyes may have been closed for part of it. I experienced an enormous sense of internal scale and what felt like eons while thanking parts/particles of my body; atoms, electrons, quarks, gluons, everything inside me.. I then opened my eyes and said “Thank you, brain.” I became more conventionally alert afterward. I do not know when sleep ended and full wakefulness began. like bitch what and why did i say that.

This is the first Hypnopompic state I can remember and record.
