WHO BUILT THIS MINDTRAP?

I’m Nikki, the writer, creator, and person responsible for the beautiful madness you see here.

I build horror, science fiction, satire, speculative philosophy, and original worlds that do not always respect genre boundaries. I also document my dreams, because apparently my REM has a writers’ room.

I’m fascinated by and side-eyeing the weird machinery humming underneath ordinary life: consciousness, belief, survival, memory, probability, fear, human behavior, and whatever the hell the brain is doing while we are supposed to be asleep.

One question becomes twelve. A dream becomes a story. A story develops infrastructure. A random thought shows up demanding characters, mythology, and somehow a sequel.

I don’t just write isolated stories.

I build ecosystems.

FirtleMind is where I keep the whole beautiful mess: the dreams, the fiction, the theories, the questions, the worlds, and every strange idea that refused to leave.

ENTER WHEREVER YOUR CURIOSITY STARTS

THE DREAM ARCHIVE

More than 170 timestamped dreams, preserved in their original form.

Some are nightmares. Some are emotional fragments. Some contain impossible machines, evolving creatures, alternate worlds, or scenes that make absolutely no attempt to explain themselves.

LUCID CODEX

The dreams that refuse to remain raw become fiction.

Lucid Codex transforms selected entries from The Archive into cinematic horror and science-fiction stories while preserving the original dream that inspired each one.

PANDORA’S PARADOX

A growing collection of theories, essays, contradictions, and speculative thought experiments about reality, consciousness, belief, probability, psychology, evolution, and the bizarre operating system known as humanity.

It is philosophy after the dress code has been removed.

MANIFEST OR DIE TRYING

The origin story.

Part memoir, part satire, part existential field report from someone who tried to manifest a better life and accidentally created an entire media universe instead.

And yes, “Firtle” is a real word. The story of how it became FirtleMind is its own rabbit hole.
