The Plane That Landed Everywhere

I was traveling on a plane. The seat behind me rotated so that the man sitting there ended up beside me, facing the window.

My seat was laid flat like a lounge chair.

There were many important people on the plane. I had one small piece of luggage under the seat.

We landed somewhere but only briefly, like a cruise that stops at different locations. It was almost like an airline cruise where you fly to places, explore, then get back on the plane.

We stopped in a small town where I drove around looking for property. I found a prairie house that I liked.

Later I went downtown where a festival seemed to be happening. People kept trying to feed me, but I was searching for someone who was shopping.

I finally found them. They had purchased a suitcase full of sunglasses and clothes. I started sorting through them thinking someone I knew might want some.

We got back on the plane and landed somewhere else.

Elon Musk stepped off the plane and we started talking about his dating life. He said he always seems interested in someone at first but eventually loses interest.

When he looked at me I noticed something strange in his left eye. It looked like a pillar with a crescent moon shape inside the iris. His eyes were dark blue with other colors mixed in.

I told him he simply hadn’t met the right person yet.

He laughed and said, “Maybe you’re the one.”

I laughed and walked away. It felt like the men in that world adored me, but I was already satisfied with the partner I had chosen in life.
