The Day I Wore Another Life

I was floating above someone and I think I entered their body. It may have been a friend.

I was in a building with many people and many children more than four, which is why I thought it might be her life.

I was arguing with a man with braids or dreads who resembled her partner. He was lying on the floor and following me around the room arguing about something trivial. It might have been jealousy or gaslighting, but it never escalated beyond arguing.

Later I was in a jewelry store looking for a ring I liked.

Then I was outside on the grass with the kids watching the sky.
