The Bus of Silent Witnesses

I was in this high-tech company and they were interviewing me for a big role. I had the CEO, CFO, and other important people at the table. I got the position. We toured the facility and I got along with everyone. We were handling high-tech gear and devices I had never seen before.

Then I was on a van with a bunch of people from the job. Some guys who were on the bus with us pulled out guns and started killing people. Two other people and I were at a store getting things when they started killing people, and we saw the whole thing.

I was able to get them to stop killing more people. There were cameras everywhere, and I tried to hide my face as if I had been involved in the killing.

We ran back onto the bus and they made the driver drive. Then the cops pulled us over and arrested everyone.

There was a chaperone or someone who thought I had my hotel key, but I told her I didn’t check in and never had the key. She was pissing me off, so I told her to call the hotel.

The cops called me and separated me from others they assumed were ex-felons. They took us away separately. We got into a cop car and met with these cops dressed in street clothes who wanted us to sell something in bags with devices in them and work for them. They said they would drop the charges if we did.
