The Kid Who Escaped the Government

A kid running away from maybe the military finds a neighborhood. A guy helps the kid with food because they are hungry, then kidnaps the kid. The kid wakes up in a wrapped bag, looks at a watch, and realizes they have been traveling for five hours. Somehow they get free and jump into an ocean not in America. They see a Statue of Liberty off a bridge and a casino or tourist-like place.

They find an inflatable life boat and use it to drift off. At night they stay on a rock in the ocean and see beautiful red and white large parrots vibrating and dancing. They see a red eclipse moon, maybe. They see a branch glowing and drifting upward, then falling like fireworks.

Then an Asian mixed guy who is tipsy walks through the rocks and meets up with the kid or adult. He is attracted to her and starts talking about the scenery. He helps the person. They stay the night in a hotel. In the morning they drive off, but the guy gets stopped by a vehicle. The person/kid knows it’s the government. The guy gets shot in the head.

The kid drives the car through a derby car event that is going on, but they can barely drive, so the car gets hit a lot. Then I wake up.
